基于场所精神营造的历史街区更新策略研究——以太原市南华门历史街区为例

摘　　要：近年来历史街区保护更新大多聚焦于街区的历史遗存与整体风貌,而忽视了对居民生活和群体认同的关注,使原本充满活力的历史街区僵化。文章以场所精神营造理念为切入点,通过对南华门历史街区进行深入的分析,寻找历史街区中更新的要点,并结合实地调研、系统分析等研究方法,对南华门历史街区文化符号、民居院落以及建筑古迹进行了系统的分析,通过打造街巷节点、恢复街区肌理、修葺建筑立面等针对性策略,激发南华门历史街区场所归属感及认同感,恢复街区活力,营造场所精神,为同类型历史街区的保护与更新提供参考。In recent years,the conservation and renewal of historic districts have mostly focused on the historical remains and overall appearance of the district,while neglecting the attention to the residents'life and group identity,which has stiffened the originally vibrant historic districts.This paper takes the concept of creating the spirit of place as an entry point,and through in-depth analysis of the Nanhuamen Historic District,it searches for the main points of renewal in the historic district,and combines field research,systematic analysis and other research methods to systematically analyze the cultural symbols,residential compounds and architectural monuments of the Nanhuamen H istoric D istrict,and stimulates t he sense of p lace b elonging and identity of t he Nanhuamen H istoric District by creating street nodes,restoring the texture of the neighborhood,repairing the building facade,and other targeted strategies.Through the creation of street nodes,restoration of neighborhood texture,repair of building facades and other targeted strategies,the Nanhuamen Historic District will stimulate the sense of belonging and identity,restore the vitality of the district,create the spirit of place,and provide a reference for the protection and renewal of the same type of historic district.
