摘  要:班轮运输枢纽港选址问题是一种特殊的班轮运输网络设计问题,是班轮运输领域最重要的研究课题之一。由于班轮运输网络的空间结构特性,集装箱货流主要集中在一些重要的航道上,使得班轮运输枢纽港选址问题区别于传统的枢纽选址问题。基于此,本文研究考虑班轮运输网络空间结构特征的枢纽港选址问题,并设计了若干数学规划模型。首先,提出了确定性枢纽港选址模型;接着,在此基础上进一步提出了不确定运输需求的枢纽港选址模型、不确定运输成本的枢纽港选址模型、不确定运输需求和不确定运输成本的枢纽港选址模型;然后,采用鲁棒优化方法对模型进行转换和求解;最后,通过亚欧之间的班轮运输网络进行算例分析,验证了模型和求解方法的有效性。The liner shipping hub port location problem is a special liner shipping network design problem,which is one of the most important research topics in liner shipping.Due to the spatial structure in the liner shipping network,container flows are concentrated on some major waterways.The liner shipping hub port location problem is different from the traditional hub location problem.Considering the spatial structure of the liner shipping network,the hub port location problem was investigated,and several mathematical programming models were proposed.Firstly,a deterministic hub port location model was proposed.Furthermore,the hub port location model with uncertain transportation demand,the hub port location model with uncertain transportation cost,and the hub port location model with uncertain transportation demand and uncertain transportation cost were proposed.Then,robust optimization method was used to address the uncertain hub port location models.Finally,numerical experiments based on the Asia-Europe shipping network were carried out to account for the effectiveness of the proposed models and solution method.
