摘 要:针对设备可靠性与产品质量逐渐劣化且带缓存区的单设备制造系统,开展生产控制与维护调度集成建模与优化。首先,建立定量描述设备的质量相关部件退化对产品质量影响的数学模型,并建立集成质量相关部件退化状态的设备故障率模型,实现对质量与可靠性劣化的准确描述。其次,为设备故障率设置阈值以触发预防性维护,并建立“修复非新”设备故障率演变模型。采用阈值控制策略进行生产速率与缓存控制,在考虑小修影响下建立预防性维护触发的两种场景中缓存演变模型。最后,构建集成了产品质量损失、预防性维护成本、小修成本、库存成本和缺货成本的总成本模型,以确定最优的生产与维护联合策略。案例研究表明,该模型能针对各种场景做出切实有效的联合决策。An integrated model of production control and maintenance scheduling was proposed for single-machine systems with deteriorating machine reliability and product quality and a buffer.Firstly,a mathematical model was developed to quantitatively describe the impact of degradation of quality-related components on product quality,and a machine failure-rate model which integrated degradation states of quality-related components was developed,achieving an accurate description of quality and reliability deteriorations.Then,a threshold was set for the machine failure rate to trigger preventive maintenance(PM),and the evolution of machine failure rate under imperfect PM was modeled.The hedging point policy was adopted for the control of production rate and product inventory,and the evolution of product inventory for two PM-triggering scenarios were modeled with considering the effects of minimal repairs.Finally,a total cost model which integrated the product quality loss,PM cost,minimal repair cost,inventory holding cost and shortage cost,was developed to determine the optimal joint production and maintenance decisions.A case study shows that the integrated model can make effective joint decisions for various cases.
