摘 要:针对不确定性环境下新能源汽车供应链供应商库存管理(vendor managed inventory,VMI)抗中断策略问题,设计VMI管理模式下新能源汽车供应链的抗中断策略。引入制造商和零售商中断预测失误和消费者中断延迟选择偏好,构建不确定中断环境下汽车供应链利润模型,在不同中断环境下得到新能源汽车制造商抗中断能力及零售商库存量的最优决策。进一步剖析供应链VMI四种抗中断能力和库存量均衡,给出运用变量调节供应链均衡博弈策略的建议。In the uncertain environment,the problem of supply chain disruption of new energy vehicles was studied.The anti-disruption strategy of supply chain of new energy vehicles under VMI management mode was designed.The disruption risk prediction error effect of manufacturers and retailers,and the disruption delay delivery effect of consumers,were introduced.A new energy vehicle supply chain profit model was constructed under uncertain disruption environment.The optimal decision-making of manufacturers'anti-disruption competence and retailers'stock was obtained under different disruption environments.The four anti-disruption capabilities and inventory equilibrium of VMI supply chain were analyzed.It provided some suggestions on using variables to adjust the equilibrium game strategy of supply chain.
