摘  要:为了提高京雄高速公路通行效率,以小客车为研究对象,以交通经济学、博弈等理论为基础构建了有关其费率、交通量的函数模型,采用SP和RP相结合方法,对北京、雄安周边区域路网的交通量、出行成本、出行时间等进行调研,借助非集计模型,构建了有关京雄高速公路路径选择模型并对其精度进行了验证,结合实际调研数据,分析京雄高速公路在动态费率下不同时段经济效益,得到京雄高速公路收益时域图,在考虑社会效益以及出行者自身效用最大化的基础上,确定了京雄高速公路各时段的最佳费率值。高速公路费率会通过影响人的出行路径选择进而影响道路交通状况及其效益,动态费率调控可以提高效益。In order to improve the traffic efficiency of Beijing-Xiong’an(Jing-Xiong)Expressway,taking passenger cars as the research object,based on the theories of traffic economics and game theory,a function model of its rate and traffic volume is constructed,and the traffic volume,travel cost and travel time of the road network around Beijing and Xiong’an are investigated by combining the method of SP and RP.With the help of the disaggregate model,apath selection model of Jing-Xiong Expressway is constructed and its accuracy is verified.The economic benefits of Jing-Xiong Expressway in different periods under dynamic rates are analyzed,and the time-domain diagram of Jing-Xiong Expressway’s benefits is obtained.Based on the maximization of social benefits and travelers’own utility,the optimal rates of Jing-Xiong Expressway in different periods are determined.Expressway tolling rate will affect people’s travel path choice,and then affect road traffic conditions and their benefits,and dynamic rate control can improve benefits.
