摘 要:为定量评价意外沉船工况下水下大直径盾构隧道结构的力学响应,以海太过江通道公路隧道为依托工程,建立了三维精细化的隧道开挖与沉船影响仿真模型,研究了极限冲刷条件下不同沉船位置参数对管片结构纵向、横向受力和变形性能的影响规律。分析表明。(1)沉船轴线与隧道轴线正交且关于隧道中线对称时,隧道纵向受力性能最不利;斜交沉船工况下,隧道的横向受力性能相对更不利,但与正交对称沉船工况数值较接近。(2)在极限冲刷条件下沉船后,海太过江隧道纵向最不利受力变形参数为:最小曲率半径为25994m,最大环缝张开0.91mm,最大竖向错台2.33mm,最大纵向螺栓轴力为234.1MPa。最不利沉船工况下,隧道结构纵向受力变形满足要求。(3)在极限冲刷条件下沉船后,海太过江隧道横向最不利受力变形参数为:最大径向收敛变形为30.12mm,最大纵缝张开0.99mm,最大管片压应力19.06MPa,最大钢筋应力35.10MPa,最大环向螺栓应力为241.6MPa;最不利沉船工况下,隧道结构横向受力变形满足要求。研究成果可用于指导海太过江通道公路隧道结构参数的设计。In order to quantitatively evaluate the mechanical response of large-diameter shield tunnel under water and to provide guidelines for the design of Haitai Highway Tunnel,three-dimensional refined models of tunnel excavation and shipwreck are constructed.The effects of different shipwreck positions relative to the tunnel under ultimate bed erosion on the longitudinal and lateral bearing and deforming behavior of the segment structure are discussed.The results show that:(1)when the shipwreck is orthogonal to the tunnel and symmetrical about the center line of the tunnel,the longitudinal bearing state of the tunnel is the most unfavorable.When the shipwreck is oblique to the tunnel by a 45-degree angle,the lateral bearing state of the tunnel is relatively disadvantageous while close to that of the orthogonal and symmetrical condition.When the shipwreck load is orthogonal to the tunnel and its longitudinal border is horizontally half diameter distance to the center line of the tunnel,the longitudinal and lateral bearing and deforming behavior of the tunnel is in between.(2)After shipwreck under the limit scouring conditions,the most unfavorable longitudinal force deformation parameters of the Haitai Highway Tunnel are:the minimum longitudinal radius of curvature is 25,994 m,the maximum joint opening is 0.91 mm,the maximum vertical staggering is 2.33mm,and the maximum longitudinal bolt axial stress is234.1MPa.Under the most unfavorable shipwreck condition,the longitudinal stress deformation of tunnel structure meets the requirements.(3)After shipwreck under the limit scouring conditions,the most unfavorable transverse force deformation parameters of the Haitai Highway Tunnel are:the maximum radial convergence deformation is 30.12mm,the maximum longitudinal joint opening is 0.99mm,the maximum segment compressive stress is 19.06 MPa,the maximum reinforcement stress is 35.10 MPa,and the maximum circumferential bolt stress is 241.6MPa.Under the most unfavorable shipwreck condition,the transverse stress deformation of tunn
