摘 要:对沥青路面铣刨料(RAP)进行冷再生是一种经济高效且环保的再生利用方式。研究基于100%RAP使用率,首先对基质沥青胶浆、乳化沥青胶浆残留物和水泥-乳化沥青胶浆残留物等沥青胶浆进行流变性能研究,接着对水泥-乳化沥青冷再生混合料(CRAM)进行冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、动态模量试验等室内试验以评价其各项性能。研究结果表明,水泥-乳化沥青胶浆的流变性能和黏结系数与另外两种沥青胶浆不同,水泥成分可显著提升沥青胶浆中黏结料和填料间的界面黏结,从而提高CRAM的抗水损害性能和高温稳定性;水泥对冷再生沥青混合料动态模量和相位角的影响明显区别于乳化沥青;在一定条件下,CRAM的各项性能均能满足路面面层相关技术规范要求,因此基于100%RAP使用率的水泥-乳化沥青冷再生用于沥青面层具有技术可行性。Cold recycling of asphalt pavement milling material(RAP)is an economical,efficient and environmentally friendly way of recycling and utilization.Based on the 100%RAP utilization rate,the rheological properties of asphalt mortars are studied such as matrix asphalt mortar,emulsified asphalt mortar residue and cement-emulsified asphalt mortar residue,and then indirect tensile test,freeze-thaw split test,rutting test,dynamic modulus test and other indoor tests are carried out to evaluate its performance.The results show that the rheological properties and adhesion coefficient of cement-emulsified asphalt mortar are different from those of the other two asphalt mortars.The cement composition can significantly improve the interfacial adhesion between the binder and filler in the asphalt mortar,thus improving the water damage resistance and high temperature stability of CRAM.The influence of cement on the dynamic modulus and phase angle of cold recycled asphalt mixture is obviously different from that of emulsified asphalt.Under certain conditions,all performances of CRAM can meet the requirements of relevant technical specifications for pavement surface course,so it is technically feasible to use cementemulsified asphalt cold regeneration based on 100%RAP utilization rate for asphalt surface course.
