摘  要:针对宽体大吨位转体桥梁施工空间位置难以确定、施工安全风险大、要求施工效率高等施工重难点,应用建筑信息模型(BIM)、无人机、三维激光扫描等新兴信息技术,制定详细的施工方案和项目执行计划文件,采集施工重点区域点云数据,校核工程施工空间位置,基于BIM模型开展转体桥梁碰撞检查以及施工过程模拟,论证施工方案可行性并对其进行深化,优化高风险工序,辅助转体桥梁施工方案审查。宽体大吨位桥梁转体施工过程中,将三维激光扫描与BIM逆向建模技术相结合,建立精准三维数字孪生模型,实现桥梁转体过程镜像数字仿真,对转体桥梁进行实时偏差监测和转体后线形控制。这些技术措施解决了宽体大吨位桥梁转体过程中三维变形监控问题,有效降低了转体施工的安全风险,推动了项目施工顺利实施,保证了施工质量,提高了施工效果和桥梁工程建设效益,提升了项目安全管理水平,可为类似工程项目提供参考借鉴。In view of the difficulties in determining the spatial location of wide-body and large-tonnage swivel bridge construction,such as large construction safety risks and high construction efficiency,emerging information technologies,such as building information model(BIM),unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and three-dimensional laser scanning are applied to formulate detailed construction schemes and project execution plan documents,collect point cloud data of key construction areas and check the spatial location of construction projects.Based on BIM model,collision inspection and construction process simulation of rotary bridge are carried out to demonstrate and deepen the feasibility of the construction scheme,optimize the high-risk process,and assist the review of the construction scheme of rotary bridge.In the process of wide-body and large-tonnage bridge rotation construction,3Dlaser scanning and BIM reverse modeling technology are combined to establish an accurate 3Ddigital twin model,realize the digital simulation of the mirror image of the bridge rotation process,and carry out real-time deviation monitoring and linear control of the rotating bridge,thus solving the problem of 3Ddeformation monitoring in the process of wide-body and large-tonnage bridge rotation,and the safety risk of the rotary construction is effectively reduced,which also facilitate the smooth implementation of the project construction,ensures the construction quality,improves the construction effect and the benefit of the bridge project construction,enhances the safety management level of the project,and can further provide reference for similar projects.
