摘 要:市政污泥组分复杂、产量大,将其制成陶粒是实现资源化利用的有效途径.本文通过对比不同来源污泥的组成成分,分析了市政污泥制备陶粒的可行性,阐述了污泥制备陶粒的工艺流程,指出原料配比及烧结制度是影响陶粒性能的主要因素,总结了污泥陶粒改性的研究现状及其在水处理中的应用情况,探讨了污泥陶粒未来的发展方向,以期为实现市政污泥的高效资源化利用提供借鉴.The composition of municipal sludge is complex and its output is large,the production of ceramsite is an effective way to realize resource utilization.By comparing the composition of sludge from different sources,the feasibility of preparing ceramsite from municipal sludge was analyzed.The flow of process was described and it was pointed out that the mass ratio of raw materials and roasting process are the main factors affecting the properties of ceramsite.The research status of sludge ceramsite modification and its application in water treatment were summarized.Besides,the future development direction of sludge ceramsite was discussed.The purpose is to provide a reference for realizing efficient resource utilization of municipal sludge.
