摘　　要：马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.),别名五行草、长命菜等,集中分布在温带和热带地区,是一种一年生草本药食两用植物.地表部分常用作药物,可利尿、抗炎、止渴、解毒祛肿、清热祛湿;种子也有明目的作用,还可以作为兽药和农药;嫩茎叶常常作为蔬菜食用,味道偏酸.研究表明,其在药品、保健食品、护肤品等领域应用广泛.现代药理学研究已证明马齿苋的许多传统用途,包括降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗褐变等.本文主要对其植物学成分和各种药理性质进行综述,旨在为马齿苋在医药和食品的开发利用提供参考.Portulaca oleracea L.(purslane),an edible and medicinal plant,is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the world.It was an annual herbal medicine and edible plant.The surface part was often used as a medicine for diuresis,anti-inflammatory,thirst quenching,detoxification and swelling,clearing away heat and dampness.Seeds can protect the eyes and can also be used as veterinary drugs and pesticides.The tender stems and leaves are often eaten as vegetables with a sour taste.Studies show that it is widely used in medicine,health food,skin care products and other fields.Modern pharmacological research has proved many traditional uses of purslane,including lowering blood sugar,lowering blood fat,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-browning and so on.This article mainly focuses on the study of its botanical ingredients and various pharmacological properties.It aims to provide reference for the development and utilization of purslane in medicine and food.
