摘　　要：现有重叠侧卸式刮板输送机与转载机多采用刚性联接结构,对于缓倾斜、倾斜工作面适应性较差。借鉴端卸式大倾角中厚偏薄煤层工作面高效开采输送装备,提出了一种新型具有多角度自适应性的重叠侧卸刮板输送机。该装备能够适应掘底巷道高低起伏变化、工作面倾角变化、顺槽设备推斜使用的要求,并通过系列优化改进解决了输送机机头拉回煤、输送机下链道刮板运行阻力大等问题,能够更好地适配薄煤层掘底巷道工作面高效开采需求。The existing overlapping side unloading scraper conveyors and transfer machines mostly adopt rigid connection structure,which have poor adaptability for gently inclined and inclined working face.Drawed inspiration from the efficient mining and transportation equipment of the end dumping type large angle medium thick and thin coal seam working face,and proposed a new type of overlapping side unloading scraper conveyor with multi-angle adaptability.This equipment can adapt to the requirements of high and low fluctuations in the excavation bottom roadway,changes in the inclination angle of the working face,and inclination of the trough equipment.Through a series of optimization and improvement,it has solved the problems of the conveyor head pulling back coal,and the high resistance of the conveyor lower chain scraper operation.It can better adapt to the efficient mining needs of the thin coal seam excavation bottom roadway working face.
