摘 要:以矿用轴流风机叶片为研究对象,通过SolidWorks建立叶片的三维模型,在ANSYS中对轴流风机的叶片进行模态和动力学响应分析。研究发现,振型位移的峰值出现在第11阶固有频率;叶片在运行过程中,应力集中发生在叶片、叶轮联接处,叶尖处易发生大变形。为轴流风机叶片的结构改进和优化提供理论基础。Taking the blade of mining axial fan as the research object,the three-dimensional model of the blade was established by SolidWorks.The modal and dynamic response analysis of the axial fan blade was carried out in ANSYS.It was found that the peak value of modal displacement occurs at the 11th natural frequency.During the operation of the blade,the stress concentration occurs at the connection of the blade and the impeller,and the tip of the blade is prone to large deformation.It provides a theoretical basis for the structural improvement and optimization of the axial fan blade.
