摘　　要：链条是刮板输送机重要零部件,担负着刮板输送机链传动和承载煤炭的双重作用,同时也是刮板输送机故障率最高的零部件,链条合理选型是刮板输送机正常使用的必要条件。从链条强度校核、链条与中部槽匹配、链条与链轮啮合、匹配刮板强度等方面进行详细分析研究,为链条合理选型提供理论支撑,提高刮板输送机运行可靠性。Chain is an important part of scraper conveyor,responsible for the dual functions of scraper conveyor chain transmission and coal bearing.It is also the part with the highest failure rate of scraper conveyor.Reasonable selection of chain was a necessary condition for the normal use of scraper conveyor.Detailed analysis and research were conducted from the aspects of chain strength verification,matching between the chain and the middle groove,meshing between the chain and the sprocket,and matching the strength of the scraper,which provides theoretical support for the reasonable selection of the chain and improves the reliability of the scraper conveyor operation.
