摘　　要：链轮轴组是煤矿井下输送设备不可或缺的部件,刮板输送机、转载机的链轮轴组在工作面使用过程中出现故障需要更换时,必须先将输送设备动力部拆下后才可更换,耗费大量的人力、物力及时间。为解决这一问题,设计出一种可快速拆解式的链轮轴组,将链轮轴组与减速器的直接联接方式进行改进,通过一种齿轮联轴器进行互联,既能实现轴组与减速器的联接,也能实现轴组的快速更换。The sprocket shaft group is an indispensable part of the coal mine underground transportation equipment,when the common scraper conveyor and the transfer load machine sprocket shaft group in the working face use process has the breakdown and must replace,the power part of the conveying equipment must be removed before be replaced,which a large extent waste will result in human,material and time.In order to solve this problem,a kind of fast disassembly sprocket shaft group was designed,and the direct connection mode between the sprocket shaft group and the reducer was modified,and the sprocket shaft group was connected with the reducer through a gear coupling,which can realize the connection between the shaft group and the reducer,and also can realize the quick replacement of the shaft group.
