摘 要:ZDY6500LQK是在煤矿井下大量推广应用的一款电控钻机,其远距离遥控操作减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了安全性。但随着设备的长期使用,钻机电液控制系统难免出现故障。为了快速、准确地定位故障原因和迅速处理故障,建立了以遥控发射器调节给进压力时压力显示异常为顶部事件的故障树模型。结合实际生产,定量分析了基础事件发生的概率。结合大概率基础事件的定性分析,从维护保养和设计优化两方面提出了解决方案,为钻机电液控制系统的改进和优化提供参考。ZDY6500LQK is an electric control drilling rig widely used in underground coal mine.Its remote control operation reduces worker labor intensity and improves safety.However,with the long-term use of the equipment,the electro-hydraulic control system of the drilling rig will inevitably fail.In order to quickly and accurately locate the cause of the fault and quickly deal with the fault,a fault tree model with the abnormal feed pressure display of the remote transmitter as the top event was established.Combined with the actual production,the probability of the basic event was analyzed quantitatively.Combined with the qualitative analysis of the probability of the basic event,the solutions were proposed from two aspects of maintenance and design optimization,which provides a reference for the improvement and optimization of the electro-hydraulic control system of the drilling rig.
