摘　　要：针对带式输送机收带装置在收卷输送带时转动惯量大、线速度和拉力不稳定的问题,结合模糊控制的原理,设计模糊控制表,通过PLC编写模糊控制程序,实现了收带装置收卷输送带线速度稳定在0.5~0.8 m/s。Aiming at the problems of large moment of inertia,unstable linear speed and tensile force for the belt retraction device reeling the conveyor belt of belt conveyor,combined with the principle of fuzzy control,a fuzzy control table was designed,and a fuzzy control program was written through PLC to achieve a stable linear speed of 0.5-0.8 m/s for the winding conveyor belt of the retraction device.
