摘　　要：基于企鹅浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)项目,对比不同安装方法的优缺点,采用盘卷安装法完成外输软管安装。采用盘卷安装法进行FPSO外输软管安装在国内鲜有实例,详细描述该方法的施工顺序和要点,可为其他类似项目的外输软管安装提供参考。Based on the Penguin Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)project,the advantages and disadvantages of different installation methods are compared,and the reel mounting method is adopted to complete the offloading cargo hose installation.There are few examples in China for the FPSO offloading cargo hose installation with the reel mounting method.The construction sequence and key points of the method are described in detail,which can provide reference for the offloading cargo hose installation in other similar projects.
