摘  要:20Cr1Mo1VTiB螺栓钢常用于钠冷快堆蒸汽发生器紧固件,服役温度约530℃。该钢在530℃时效100~10000 h的组织演变结果显示,时效过程中碳化物尺寸未见明显增大。随时效时间延长,MC相增多,贝氏体板条边界逐渐模糊,板条宽度逐渐增加。时效过程中力学性能未见大幅度下降,表明其在530℃服役环境下可长期使用。20Cr1Mo1VTiB bolt steel is commonly used for fasteners of sodium cooled fast reactor steam generators,with a service temperature of about 530℃.The microstructure evolution results of the steel aged at 530℃for 100-10000 hours show that there is no significant increase in carbide size during the aging process.With the increase of aging time,the MC phase increases,the boundary of bainite flat noodles gradually blurs,and the width of flat noodles gradually increases.During the aging process,there was no significant decrease in mechanical properties,indicating that it can be used for a long time under a service environment of 530℃.
