摘  要:目的探讨培训考核一体化的教学模式在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用价值。方法黑龙江省医院(简称我院)超声医学科专业基地在教学过程中,针对住院医师轮转亚专业多,学习病种多,又面临理论和技能考核双达标的难题,调整了住院医师的轮转方案,采用多元化的教学模式,细化考核方案,考核形式多样,将理论授课、技能带教、情景教学、教学病例讨论、技能操作考核和培训紧密衔接,在每一个阶段的考核中及时发现问题,并反馈给住院医师,解决问题,培训考核一体化,紧密衔接,有机组成一个体系。结果超声医学科专业基地教学内容与住培大纲契合,理论授课与技能带教的主题与三阶段及轮转亚专业同步,文献抄读的题材与教学内容搭配好,起到协同效果。结论通过培训考核一体化的教学模式,超声医学科专业基地在教学取得了良好的效果。Objective To discuss the application value of the integrated teaching mode of training and assessment in the standardized training of resident physicians in the ultrasound medicine department.Methods In the teaching process of the standardized training base for residents of the department of ultrasound medicine in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital,resident physicians faced many rotating sub-specialties and diseases,they had difficulties in achieving both theoretical and technical assessment standards.This paper adjusted the rotation plan of residents,adopted a diversified teaching model and a detailed assessment plan.With various forms of assessment,the theory teaching,skill teaching,situational teaching,teaching case discussion,skill operation assessment and training were closely linked.In each stage of the assessment,problems were found in time,feedbacks were given to residents,and then the problems were solved.The integration of training and assessment,closely linked,formed an organic system.Results The teaching content of the residency training base of the department of ultrasound medicine in our hospital was consistent with the training syllabus of resident doctors.The themes of theoretical teaching and skill teaching were synchronized with the three-stage and rotating sub-specialties.The themes of the literature reading and the teaching content were well matched,which had a synergistic effect.Conclusion Through the integrated teaching mode of training and assessment,the residency training base of the department of ultrasound medicine in our hospital has achieved good results in the teaching process.
