摘  要:以硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(γAPS)改性的细菌纤维素(BC)为增强剂和增塑剂迁移剂,以乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为环保增塑剂,使用熔融共混法制备了纤维增强的聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料。考察了改性纳米纤维素添加量对所制备的BC/PVA复合材料的影响,并对复合材料的结构、微观形貌、力学性能及增塑剂迁移等进行测试。结果表明:含有1%改性细菌纤维素的PVC复合材料性能最好,对比原始PVC,拉伸强度增加了95.39%;常温(25℃)下,在去离子水、乙醇和环己烷中增塑剂迁移分别减少了36.87%、39.43%、27.23%,即使在高温(60℃)环境下仍有良好的抑制效果。制备的高强度、低增塑剂迁移量的PVC复合材料可应用于生物医疗、儿童玩具等领域。Fiber reinforced PVC composites is prepared by melt blending method with silane coupling agentγ-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(γAPS)modified bacterial cellulose(BC)as a reinforcing agent and plasticizer migration agent and tributyl acetylcitrate(ATBC)as an environmentally friendly plasticizer.The effect of the amount of modified nano-crystalline cellulose on the prepared BC/PVA composite is investigated,and the structure,micromorphology,mechanical properties and plasticizer migration test of the composite are characterized.The results show that the PVC composite containing 1%modified bacterial cellulose has the best performance,with a 95.39%increase in tensile strength compared with the original PVC.At room temperature(25℃),the plasticizer migration in deionized water,ethanol and cyclohexane is reduced by 36.87%,39.43%and 27.23%,respectively,and the inhibition effect is still good even at high temperature(60℃).The high-strength and low plasticizer migration PVC composite material prepared can be applied in fields such as biomedical and children's toys.
