无人机摄影测量技术在农村不动产测量中的应用

摘　　要：维护农民合法权益,是“三农”工作的重要保障,而不动产地籍测量工作的质量高低将直接影响农村经济发展,切实关系农民的自身利益。近年来,无人机技术随着科学技术的发展突飞猛进,随之而来的是倾斜摄影测量凭借着无人机作业也在测绘行业内广泛应用,人们越来越熟练和频繁地使用该技术创建真实场景的三维模型。通过无人机倾斜摄影对农村不动产进行测量,探讨了航摄的实施、像控点布设与测量、数据处理与模型构建以及制作数字线划图,为无人机倾斜测量技术的完善提供了经验和参考。Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers is an important guarantee for work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and the quality of the cadastral surveying of real estate will directly affect the development of rural economy and be effectively related to farmers'own interests.In recent years,UAV technology has advanced by leaps and bounds with the development of sicence and technology,oblique photogrammetry has also been widely used in the surveying and mapping industry with the help of UAV operations,and people are becoming more and more proficient and frequent in using this technology to create the three-dimensional models of real scenes.This paper uses tilt UAV photography to measure rural real estate,and discusses the implementation of aerial photography,the layout and measurement of image control points,data processing and model construction,and the production of digital line graphics,which provides experience and reference for the improvement of oblique UAV measurement technology.
