摘 要:市政工程中,跨渠桥梁是沿河道路的重要组成部分,它不仅影响桥梁的安全性、耐久性和美观性,还关乎市民的出行便利性和舒适性。跨渠桥梁施工涉及地质、结构、环境等综合因素,如果缺乏严格的施工技术控制,就容易导致桥梁出现裂缝、变形、沉降、错台等施工技术缺陷,影响桥梁的使用寿命和性能。结合广东地区工程实例,从施工工艺流程组织、桩基施工、空心板梁预制、盖梁施工、垫石支座、空心板梁架设等施工技术提出相应的技术措施,以保证跨渠桥梁施工过程施工技术的可靠性,减少产生裂缝、变形等相关施工技术问题。对跨渠桥梁的设计原则、结构特点、质量控制要点等方面进行了分析和总结,以期为广东地区乃至全国的跨渠桥梁建设提供一定的借鉴和指导。旨在为后续相关工程提供参考,以提高跨渠桥梁的施工质量。In municipal engineering,cross-channel bridges are the important parts of riverside roads,which not only affect the safety,durability and aesthetics of bridges,but also relate to the travel convenience and comfort of citizens.The construction of cross-channel bridges involves comprehensive problems such as geology,the structure and the environment,and if there is no strict construction technology control,it is easy to lead to construction technical defects of bridges such as cracks,deformation,settlement and misalignment,which will affect the service life and performance of bridges.Combined with engineering examples in Guangdong,this paper proposes corresponding technical measures from construction technologies such as construction process organization,pile foundation construction,hollow slab beam prefabrication,capping beam construction,stepping stone bearing and hollow slab beam erection,so as to ensure the reliability of construction technology in the construction process of crosschannel bridges and reduce related construction technical problems such as cracks and deformation.This paper also analyzes and summarizes the design principles,structural characteristics and quality control essentials of crosschannel bridges,in order to provide certain reference and guidance for the construction of cross-channel bridges in Guangdong and even the whole country.This paper aims to provide reference for subsequent related projects to improve the construction quality of cross-channel bridges.
