摘 要:玉米秸秆整秆或粉碎还田会使秸秆停留在浅土层,导致播种时秸秆阻隔作物种子和土壤接触而影响作物出苗和生长,进而造成作物减产。开发一种玉米秸秆颗粒化深还田装置,并介绍其总体结构和主要部件设计。样机试验结果表明,该装置具有较强的开沟能力,秸秆颗粒能够排入指定深度,回填、覆土、镇压等效果良好,能够实现秸秆颗粒与土壤的深埋还田作业。The whole stalk or crushing of corn straw returned to the field will make the straw stay in the shallow soil layer,resulting in the straw blocking the contact between crop seeds and soil when sowing,affecting the emergence and growth of crops,and then resulting in crop reduction.A corn straw particle deep returning device to the field is developed,and its overall structure and main component design are introduced.The prototype test results show that,the device has a strong ditching ability,straw particles can be discharged to a specified depth,the backfill,soil covering and suppression effects are good,and can realize the straw particles and soil deep buried back to the field.
