摘　　要：秸秆基料化利用就是以农作物秸秆为基料来生产食用菌,因而秸秆已成为食用菌生产的重要基料来源。阐述秸秆基料化利用的技术原理和工艺流程,分析不同食用菌栽培过程中秸秆基料化利用的技术要点及注意事项,从而为农作物秸秆基料化利用提供技术参考。The utilization of straw base material is to produce edible fungi with crop straw as the base material,so straw has become an important base material source for edible fungi production.This paper expounds the technical principle and process flow of straw base material utilization,analyzes the technical points and precautions of straw base material utilization in the cultivation of different edible fungi,and provides technical reference for crop straw base material utilization.
