摘 要:为解决吕梁山煤电有限公司3-3032综掘巷道顶板富水区对掘进安全及巷道支护的影响,保证安全掘进,采取物探手段明确低阻异常区域划分范围,利用定向钻机向异常区施工顶板疏放水钻孔,待孔口放水量稳定在5 m^(3)/h及以下时,对钻孔实施全段注浆封孔,充填导水裂隙,掘进期间通过注浆锚杆与螺纹钢锚杆对顶帮围岩补强加固,加固后的巷道顶板最大移近量为164 mm,未出现明显离层空顶现象。In order to solve the influence of roof water abundance area of the fully-mechanized excavation roadway on the excavation safety and roadway support,and ensure the safe excavation,the geophysical exploration method was used to clarify the division range of the low-resistance abnormal area,and the directional drilling rig was used to construct the roof drainage drilling hole in the abnormal area.When the water discharge at the orifice was stable at 5 m3/h and below,the whole section of the drilling hole was grouted and sealed,and the water-conducting fractures were filled.During the excavation,the grouting bolt and the rebar bolt were used to reinforce the surrounding rock of the roof.The maximum displacement of the roadway roof after reinforcement was 164 mm,and there was no obvious phenomenon of separation and empty roof.
