摘 要:在李雅庄选煤厂原有配煤控制系统的基础上,针对现有配煤控制系统存在的问题,设计了一种选煤厂配煤控制系统软硬件系统方案,对选煤厂原有配煤控制系统进行改造升级。该设计主要包括硬件设计和软件设计2部分内容。将设计的改进方案在李雅庄选煤厂实践应用,通过对比改造升级前后系统性能变化,表明改造后的系统控制精度显著提升,新系统应用效果良好。Based on the original coal blending control system of Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant,aiming at the problems existing in the existing coal blending control system,a software and hardware system scheme of coal blending control system in coal preparation plant is designed to transform and upgrade the original coal blending control system of coal preparation plant.This design mainly includes two parts:hardware design and software design.The designed improvement scheme is applied in Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant.By comparing the performance changes of the system before and after the transformation and upgrading,it shows that the control accuracy of the system after the transformation is significantly improved,and the application effect of the new system is good.
