摘 要:邢东矿为了实现地面固体物料合理、快速运输至井下,本着成本低、工期短、系统简单可靠的原则,设计了大口径固体物料垂直投料孔。通过计算固体物料最大颗粒直径及单位时间内所需投料量,综合确定投料孔内径;通过研究充填物料的水平运动速度、固体物料与投料管碰撞倾角、总投放量等因素,确定投料管结构及壁厚。最终实践表明,设计的垂直投料孔可以满足使用要求,且成本低,确保了邢东矿地面固体物料的高效垂直输送。In order to realize the reasonable and rapid transportation of ground solid materials to the underground,Xingdong Mine designed a large-diameter solid material vertical feeding hole in line with the principles of low cost,short construction period,and simple and reliable system.By calculating the maximum particle diameter of solid material and the required feeding amount per unit time,the inner diameter of the feeding hole is comprehensively determined.The structure and wall thickness of the feeding pipe were determined by studying the horizontal movement speed of the filling material,the collision angle between the solid material and the feeding pipe,and the total amount of feeding.The final practice shows that the designed vertical feeding hole can meet the requirements of use,and the cost is low,which ensures the efficient vertical transportation of ground solid materials in Xingdong Mine.
