摘 要:为探究本科院校大学生自我管理现状,采用问卷调研法收集数据信息,借助SPSS 19.0软件进行数据统计与分析。结果显示,本科院校大学生的自我管理能力及其学习自我管理、人际关系自我管理、职业规划自我管理、课余时间自我管理维度均处于中等偏上水平,但职业规划自我管理方面有待提升。其中,学习自我管理与人际关系自我管理维度在是否是独生子女上存在显著性差异,自我管理能力及其学习自我管理、人际关系自我管理、职业规划自我管理维度在年级上存在显著性差异。基于此,学校应引导学生提升自我认知,促使其成为自我管理的主人。应以学生为中心,引导其学习自我管理。In order to explore the current situation of self-management of undergraduate students,the study collects data and information with questionnaire survey,and conducts data statistics and analysis with SPSS 19.0 software.The results show that college students’self-management ability and learning self-management,interpersonal self-management,career planning self-management,after-school time self-management dimensions are above the average level.But the self-management of career planning needs to be improved.There are significant differences between the study self-management and interpersonal self-management of undergraduate students in whether they are the only child or not.There are significant differences in self-management ability,learning self-management,interpersonal self-management and career planning self-management in grades.Based on this,schools should guide students to improve their self-awareness,make them the masters of self-management,take students as the center,and guide them to learn self-management.
