医院-社区-家庭联动护理干预在高血压病防治中的效果

摘　　要：观察并分析在高血压病防治中应用医院-社区-家庭联动护理干预的效果,改善高血压患者的生活质量尤为重要。选取我院收治的120例高血压患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予医院-社区-家庭联动护理干预,对比两组患者的各项评价指标。结果表明,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的自我管理能力、生活质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在高血压病防治中应用医院-社区-家庭联动护理干预可更好地控制高血压患者的血压水平,提高其自我管理能力和生活质量。The study observes and analyzes the effect of hospital-community-family linkage nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.The improvement of the quality of life of hypertensive patients is particularly important.The study selects 120 patients with hypertension in the hospital and divides them into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and observation group receive hospital-community-family linage nursing intervention.All evaluation index of two groups are compared.The results show that SBP and DBP of observation group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Self-management ability and quality of life of observation group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The application of hospital-community-family linkage nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of hypertension can better control the blood pressure level of hypertension patients,and improve their self-management ability and quality of life.
