摘  要:肢体功能的临床评价通常依赖量表评估,然而量表评估具有主观性强、评估标准不统一、耗费时间等缺点。基于计算机视觉的评估方式虽然可以捕捉人体动作,但无法实时监控肌肉运动状态。为了解决自动化、高精度肢体功能评估问题,本文提出一种基于ZigBee的可穿戴多元数据采集节点设计。节点由一个CC2530主控芯片与表面肌电传感器、ADXL345传感器相连接组成,且多个传感器通过ZigBee协议将数据传输到汇聚节点,最终将数据传输至上位机。通过测试者手臂前屈、外展运动对其进行测试,实验结果表明:上位机串口调试能够成功地接收显示测试数据,包括三轴加速度值与肌电电压值。随着动作速度变化,三轴加速度与肌电电压值也随着呈现相应变化,符合预期要求。The clinical evaluation of limb function usually relies on scale evaluation.However,scale evaluation has the disadvantages of strong subjectivity,inconsistent evaluation criteria and time-consuming.Although the evaluation method based on computer vision can capture human body movements,it cannot monitor muscle movement status in real time.In order to solve the problem of automatic and high-precision limb function evaluation,this paper proposes a wearable multi-data acquisition node design based on ZigBee.The node is composed of a CC2530 main control chip connected with SEMG sensor and ADXL345 sensor,and multiple sensors transmit data to the sink node through the ZigBee protocol,and finally transmit data to the host computer.The test is carried out by the tester's arm flexion and abduction movement.The experimental results show that the upper computer serial port debugging can successfully receive and display the test data,including the three-axis acceleration value and the EMG voltage value.With the change of action speed,the three-axis acceleration and myoelectric voltage value also change accordingly,which meets the expected requirements.
