摘 要:以牵引销用铸钢(25号钢)为基体,利用激光熔覆技术熔覆奥氏体不锈钢涂层,采用光学显微镜、扫描和透射电镜、X射线衍射仪对熔覆层的组织和结构进行分析和表征,利用显微硬度计和磨损试验机对其硬度和磨损性能进行测试。结果表明:奥氏体不锈钢熔覆层由等轴晶、树枝晶和平面晶组成,热影响区由马氏体和索氏体组成。熔覆层树枝晶内为γ相,树枝晶间由γ相和碳化物Cr_(3)C_(2)构成。显微硬度自熔覆层—热影响区—基体,依次递减为310 HV_(0.1)—280 HV_(0.1)—170 HV_(0.1)。25号钢基体为黏着磨损和磨料磨损,熔覆层为磨料磨损;磨损1 h后熔覆层的耐磨性能是25号钢基体的2倍。The austenitic stainless steel was coated on 25 steel traction pin by laser cladding technology,and the microstructure and structure of the coating were analyzed and characterized by optical microscopy,scanning and transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The hardness and wear properties of the coating were tested by microhardness and wear testers.The results show that the cladding layer of the austenitic stainless steel is composed of equiaxed,dendrite and planar crystals,and the heat affected zone is composed of martensite and sorbite.The inner dendrite of the cladding layer isγphase,and the inter dendrite is composed ofγphase and carbide Cr_(3)C_(2).The microhardness of the cladding layer,heat affected zone and matrix are 310 HV_(0.1),280 HV_(0.1) and 170 HV_(0.1) respectively.The wear test indicates that the matrix of the steel is adhesive wear and abrasive wear,and the cladding layer is abrasive wear.The wear resistance of the cladding layer is twice that of the 25 steel matrix after 1 h wear test.
