摘 要:为了预测地铁车辆逆变系统中开关器件高速动作产生的共模传导干扰,以额定功率190 kW逆变器构成的地铁车辆逆变系统作为研究对象,首先对其干扰源和干扰路径进行分析,通过Ansys Q3D软件及阻抗分析仪提取地铁车辆逆变系统共模传导干扰路径各组成部件的高频参数;其次搭建地铁车辆逆变系统共模传导干扰全电路模型,通过Ansys Simplorer软件对地铁车辆逆变系统共模传导干扰全电路模型进行仿真分析;最后将仿真预测结果与现场测试结果进行比对,在150 kHz~3 MHz频率范围内仿真预测结果与现场测试结果基本吻合,在3~30 MHz频率范围内由于并网试验、台架布线、测试传感器转移阻抗等因素的影响,仿真预测结果与现场测试结果出现大约8 dB的误差,由此证明所设计的全电路模型建模及分析的正确性。In the inverter system of subway vehicles,the high speed operation of the switching devices will produce serious common-mode conduction interference.In order to predict common-mode conducted interference.The subway vehicle inverter system with rated power of 190 kW is taken as the research object,and the interference source and interference path are analyzed.The high-frequency parameters of each component of the common mode conducted interference path of the subway vehicle inverter system are extracted by finite element simulation software Ansys Q3D and impedance analyzer.Then,the full circuit model of common mode conducted interference of metro vehicle inverter system is built,and the simulation software Ansys Simplorer is used to simulate and analyze the full circuit model of the common mode conducted interference of metro vehicle inverter system.Finally,the simulation prediction results are compared with the field test ones.In the frequency range of 150 kHz to 3 MHz,the simulation prediction results are basically consistent with the field test ones.In the frequency range of 3 MHz to 30 MHz,the error between the simulation prediction results and the field test ones is about 8 dB due to the influence of grid-connected experiment,bench wiring,test probe transfer impedance and other factors.This proves that the modeling and analysis of the whole circuit model designed in this paper are correct.The research results have a good reference value for the prediction of common mode conducted interference level of subway vehicle inverter system.
