摘 要:针对港口起重机在重防腐涂料施工时表面处理等级高导致施工困难的问题,选取一系列低表面处理涂料进行性能研究。采用人工盐雾腐蚀、人工海水浸泡腐蚀、自然大气侵蚀3种实验方法对试板进行模拟侵蚀实验,对比分析侵蚀前后锈蚀蔓延痕迹面积以及涂层附着力的差值,验证低表面处理涂料的防腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,低表面处理涂料可有效降低表面处理等级,并同时达到与常规防腐涂层相近的耐腐蚀效果。Aiming at the problem that high surface treatment grade leads to construction difficulties when harbor cranes are constructed with heavy anti-corrosion coatings,a series of low-surface-treatment coatings are selected for performance research.Three experimental methods,namely artificial salt spray corrosion,artificial seawater immersion corrosion and natural atmospheric erosion,were used to simulate the erosion experiments on the test panels,and the difference between the area of rust propagation traces and the adhesion of the coating before and after erosion was compared and analyzed,so as to verify the anti-corrosion performance of the low surface treatment coating.The experimental results show that the low surface treatment coating can effectively reduce the surface treatment level,and at the same time achieve similar corrosion resistance with conventional anti-corrosion coatings.
