摘　　要：针对大型港口运营商数字化转型过程中面临的普遍性问题,提出一种大型港口运营商数字化管理平台设计与实现方案,给出了平台建设目标和平台总统架构设计、业务流程设计、数据分析及决策、建设要点。In view of the common problems faced in the digital transformation process of large port operators,a design and implementation scheme of the digital management platform for large port operators is proposed.The platform construction goals,platform architecture design,business process design,data analysis and decision-making,and key construction points are provided.
