摘 要:固体火箭低空飞行时很有可能遭遇雷击从而造成其内部电气设备的损坏。为了研究雷击信号下固体火箭周围的电磁环境及其内部电缆上的感应电流,建立了固体火箭的仿真模型,基于CST电缆工作室中的TLM时域求解器对固体火箭周围的电磁场及其内部线缆上的感应电流进行了仿真。结果表明,固体火箭开敞尾端的电磁环境较为恶劣,同轴线芯线较单线上的感应电流更小,对屏蔽层加厚或使用双层屏蔽则可以获得更好的屏蔽效果。所得结果对厘清雷电电磁脉冲对固体火箭内部线缆的电磁效应继而开展其雷电防护工作具有重要的实际意义。Solid rockets are likely to be struck by lightning when flying at low altitudes,causing damage to their internal electrical equipment.In order to study the electromagnetic environment around the solid rocket and the induced current on the internal cables under the lightning strike signal,a simulation model of the solid rocket was established and the induced current on the cable was simulated based on TLM time-domain solver in CST cable studio.The results show that the electromagnetic environment of the open end of the solid rocket is relatively harsh,the induced current of the coaxial core wire is smaller than that of the single wire,and a better shielding effect can be obtained by thickening the shielding layer or using double-layer shielding.The obtained results have important practical significance for clarifying the electromagnetic effect of the lightning electromagnetic pulse on the internal cables of the solid rocket and then carrying out its lightning protection work.
