摘　　要：目的:探讨基于失匹配负波的经颅直流电刺激治疗对自闭症患儿共同注意及社交沟通能力的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年11月十堰市太和医院接收的124例自闭症患儿,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组患儿予以阳极经颅直流电刺激进行治疗,对照组患儿予以阳极经颅直流电伪刺激治疗。评估治疗前后患儿的变化和家属对治疗的满意度。结果:试验组患儿表达/语言沟通、健康/生理/行为、感知/认知能力及社交能力评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿感觉、交往、躯体运动及生活自理评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿情感职能、精神健康、社会功能及生理职能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿家长治疗满意度为93.55%,明显高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。结论:基于失匹配负波的经颅直流电刺激治疗有利于缓解自闭症患儿临床症状,增强其共同注意及社交沟通能力,提高生活质量及家属的满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation based on mis-matched negative waves on common attention and social communication ability of children with au-tism.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,124 cases of children with autism in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with anodic transcranial direct current stimulation,and the control group was treated with an-odic transcranial direct current pseudo-stimulation.The autism behavior scale(ABC),autism treat-ment assessment scale(ATEC),and universal quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)were used to evaluate the changes in the children after treatment,and their families'satisfaction with treatment was compared.Results:The scores of expression/verbal communication,health/physiology/behavior,perception/cognition,and social ability in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensation,communication,body movement,and self-care scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,mental health,social function,and physiological function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The parents'satisfaction with treatment in the treatment group was 93.55%,which was higher than 80.65%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial direct current stimulation based on mismatched negative waves can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with autism,enhance their common attention and social communication skills,and improve their quality of life and family satisfaction.
