高速公路路面下封层施工中的稀浆封层技术

摘　　要：以某高速公路建设项目作为案例,总结了稀浆封层原材料的技术要求,介绍了其配合比设计,并对高速公路稀浆封层施工技术和质量控制措施进行分析。经实践发现,在高速公路建设项目中应用稀浆封层技术,可以大幅度提高下封层的密实度和强度,需要特别关注的是,使用稀浆封层技术时,必须保证施工人员严格按照规范要求进行施工,以此保证施工质量。Taking an expressway construction project as an example,this paper summarizes the technical requirements of slurry sealmaterial,introduces the design of its mix ratio,and analyzes the construction technology and quality control measures of slurry seal.After practice,it is found that the application of slurry seal technology in highway construction projects can greatly improve the compactness and strength of the lower seal layer.It needs special attention that when using slurry seal technology,it is necessary to ensure that the construction personnel carry out construction in strict accordancewith the requirements of the specification to ensure the construction quality.
