摘　　要：结合工程实例,针对EPC工程总承包项目中的管理要点进行分析,阐述了EPC工程总承包项目成本管理基本理论,明确了总承包项目成本管理的特点和原则以及EPC工程总承包项目成本管理范围,提出了EPC工程总承包项目成本管理方法,包括成本估算法、成本控制法、成本核算法、成本分析法等,旨在为EPC工程总承包项目的成本管理创新和优化提供借鉴和参考,实现成本控制效率提升的管理目标。Combining with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the management key points of EPC project,expounds the basic theory of EPCproject cost management,defines the characteristics,principles and the scope of EPC project costmanagement,and puts forward the cost management method of EPC project,including cost estimation method,cost controlmethod,cost accounting method,cost analysis method,etc.,aims to provide reference for the cost management innovation and optimization of EPC engineering general contract projects,and achieve the management goal of improving cost control efficiency.
