摘　　要：针对化工工程建设项目规模庞大、周期长、投资额大、管理不规范等造成无法按时交付完成的进度问题,总结此类项目进度控制的必要性及主要方法,提出改进策略。结果表明,化工工程建设项目进度控制与管理是一个复杂而关键的任务,需要综合考虑施工中的人员、资源、设备等各种因素才能避免不必要的进度延迟问题,规范合理地完成化工工程建设。In view of the large scale,long cycle,large investment and non-standard management of chemical engineering construction projects,the necessity and main methods of schedule control of such projects are summarized,and the improvement strategies of schedule controlmanagement are put forward.The results show that the chemical engineering construction project schedule control andmanagement is a complex and critical task,and it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as personnel,resources and equipment in the construction to avoid unnecessary schedule delay,complete the chemical engineering construction in a standardized and reasonableway.
