摘　　要：山东省北部沿海地级市经济技术开发区生活污水厂设计规模为5 000 m3/d,进水水质特点为TN高、BOD5低,出水COD、氨氮、TP需达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准,要求出水TN≤12 mg/L。本工程采用多级AO+磁混凝+反硝化深床滤池+臭氧催化氧化处理工艺,总投资为5 055万元。自2021年8月正式运行后,污水厂处理效果良好,日均运行成本约4.2元/m3,出水水质稳定达标。The design scale of a domestic sewage treatment plant in the economic development zone of a coastal prefecture-level city in northern Shandong Province is 5000 m3/d.The influent quality of the sewage treatment plant is characterized by high TN and low BOD5.The COD,ammonia nitrogen and TP in effluent is required to meet the classⅣlimits specified in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),and the effluent TN should be less than 12 mg/L.The treatment process of the project consists of multi-stage AO,magnetic coagulation,denitrification deep bed filter and ozone catalytic oxidation,and the total investment is 50.55 million yuan.Since the official operation in August 2021,the sewage treatment plant has showed good operational performance.The average daily operating cost is approximately 4.2 yuan/m3,and the effluent quality stably meets the discharge standard.
