摘 要:探讨了不同类型PE树脂及其混合使用对其打磨性能的影响,并优化了配方和工艺参数。结果表明:采用双环戊二烯型和烯丙基醚型PE树脂混合使用的体系具有最佳的打磨性能,其打磨性能与粉料的种类、用量、粒度分布等因素密切相关。为改善PE白底漆打磨性提供了一种可行的方法,对提高木器涂装质量和效率有一定意义。The influences of different types of PE resin and their mixed use on its grinding performance were discussed,and the formula and process parameters were optimized.The results showed that the system using dicyclopentadiene and allyl ether PE resin had the best grinding performance,and its grinding performance was closely related to the type of powder,dosage,particle size distribution and other factors.It provided a feasible method for improving the sanding property of PE white primer and has certain significance for improving the quality and efficiency of wood coating.
