摘  要:为了获得适合工厂对粉末喷涂铝型材耐老化性能进行质量控制的快速检测方法,研究了紫外灯加速老化试验结果与1 000 h氙灯老化试验结果之间的关系,试验样品为含有不同耐候等级的粉末涂料制成的粉末喷涂铝板,分别测试了组合紫外灯加速老化试验与1 000 h氙灯老化试验的光泽及颜色变化,两种试验结果之间的相关系数为0.85~0.89,216 h的组合紫外灯人工加速老化试验可以近似准确模拟1 000 h氙灯老化试验结果,该试验方法可以作为工厂内部质量控制方法使用。In order to obtain a fast test method suitable for the factory to control the quality of aging resistance of powder coated aluminum profiles,the relationship between the results of fluorescent UV lamp accelerated aging test and the 1000 hours xenon lamp artificial weathering test was studied.The test samples were powder coated aluminum plates made of powder coatings with different weather resistance grades.The gloss and color changes of the combined fluorescent UV lamp accelerated aging test and the 1000 hours xenon lamp artificial weathering test were tested respectively,and the correlation coefficient between the two results was 0.85~0.89.The 216 hours combined ultraviolet lamp artificial accelerated aging test can approxi mately accurately simulate the 1000 hours xenon lamp aging test results.The test method can be used as the internal quality control method of the factory.
