装备企业涂装作业安全现状及对策探究

摘　　要：通过分析装备企业涂装作业中安全生产存在的问题,介绍了涂装作业过程安全本质化设计的策略,并从人员安全管理、设备设施优化、安全规范改进、安全技术创新、作业环境改善以及安全文化建设6个方面对装备企业涂装作业安全管理进行了探究,为其他装备企业涂装作业安全生产提供一定的参考。Through analyzing the problems existing in the safety production of the coating process in equipment enterprises,the strategy of the safety essential design in the coating operation was introduced.The safety management countermeasures of the coating operation in equipment enterprises were researched from personnel safety management,equipment and facilities optimization,safety specification improvement,safety technology innovation,operation environment improvement and safety culture construction.These strategy was provided for the safety production of coating operation in other equipment enterprises.
