刍议引经药理论与守经隧理念

摘　　要：本文首先从引经药理论溯源开始,推出需从《内经》中守经隧理念进行相互印证。从理论的起源、运用都采用阴阳理论、都以经脉作为媒介等三个方面的关联进行阐述二者的共通之处。并着重指出引经概念产生过程中的三个层次,并列表以助说明。解读创立引经药理论的始末。并继续引文详细描述守经隧理念,从利用经隧的诊法、微针和药物的疗法等二方面分别进行阐述。最后进行总结,强调在守经隧理念指导下,引经药理论才能实现精准定位和治疗,二者呈现兼容和互补关系。并且对未来科研方向和对临证实践诊疗模式进行展望。Firstly,starting from the origin of the theory of meridian medicine,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to confirm each other from the concept of guarding meridian tunnel in Neijing.This paper expounds the similarities between the two from three aspects:the origin and application of the theory adopt the yin-yang theory and take the meridians as the medium.Three levels in the process of generating the concept of cited meridians are emphasized and listed for illustration.Interpret the beginning and end of the theory of meridian guiding medicine.And continue to quote a detailed description of the concept of tunnel keeping,from the use of tunnel diagnosis,microneedle and drug therapy.Finally,it is summarized,emphasizing that under the guidance of the concept of channel guarding tunnel,the theory of channel guiding drugs can achieve accurate positioning and treatment,and the two are compatible and complementary.It also looks forward to the future direction of scientific research and the practical diagnosis and treatment mode of clinical syndrome.
