愈梗通瘀汤联合丹红注射液对心肌梗死患者心功能和炎症因子的影响及临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探究愈梗通瘀汤联合丹红注射液治疗心肌梗死心功能的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性纳入2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的心肌梗死患者89名,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用丹红注射液进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,给予愈梗通瘀汤联合治疗。观察两组患者用药后临床疗效、心功能相关指标左心室射血分数LVESD、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)变化情况及血清心肌肌钙蛋白(Cardiac troponin, IcTnl)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase-MB,CK-MB)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein, CRP)水平,临床安全性评价、半年内复发情况。结果:治疗后,对照组临床疗效和中医证候评分低于实验组(P<0.05),实验组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及心率(HR)降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组左室射血分数(LVEF)及心脏每搏输出量(SV)升高程度高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IcTnl、CK-MB、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组安全性无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组半年内心肌梗死复发率显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:愈梗通瘀汤联合丹红注射液能有效治疗心肌梗死,改善患者的心功能,减轻炎症反应并且降低患者复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yugeng Tongyu Decoction combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Danhong injection and the experimental group was treated with Yugeng Tongyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical efficacy,related indexes of cardiac function,and serum IcTnl,CK-MB,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP level,clinical safety evaluation and recurrence within half a year were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).The decrease in left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and heart rate(HR)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and cardiac stroke output (SV) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Serum IcTnl,CK-MB, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05),and there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups (P>0. 05). The recurrence rate of myocardial infarction inthe experimental group for half a year was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: YugengTongyu Decoction combined with Danhong injection can effectively treat myocardial infarction, improve cardiac function, Reduceinflammation and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
