MIPPO技术结合郑氏伤科药物治疗胫骨中下段骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)技术结合郑氏伤科药物创伤消肿片及玄胡伤痛片用于治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者对疼痛及其功能恢复的影响。方法:行便利抽样法纳入2020年10月~2022年10月经本院收治的120例胫骨中下段骨折患者,循数字表法随机划分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用MIPPO技术治疗,于对照组基础上,观察组另结合郑氏伤科药物创伤消肿片及玄胡伤痛片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛缓解情况、功能恢复情况、骨折愈合情况及并发症。结果:经治疗,两组肿胀、疼痛、瘀斑及舌脉评分均有下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,骨痂评分高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗,两组VAS评分均有下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);经Ridit分析,两组AOFAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,较对照组的11.67%更低,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胫骨中下段骨折患者应用MIPPO技术结合郑氏伤科药物创伤消肿片及玄胡伤痛片治疗可获确切疗效,疼痛获有明显缓解,且功能恢复加快,骨折愈合良好,并发症较少。Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation(MIPPO)combined with Zheng's traumatological medicine trauma Xiaozhong tablet and Xuanhu pain tablet on pain and functional recovery of patients with middle and lower tibial fractures.Method:A total of 120 patients with middle and lower tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were included by convenient sampling method and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with MIPPO technology.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was also treated with Zheng's traumatology medicine Trauma Xiaozhong tablet and Xuanhu pain tablet.The clinical efficacy,pain relief,functional recovery,fracture healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,swelling,pain,ecchymosis and tongue and pulse scores were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and callus score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).According to Ridit analysis,AOFAS scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 1.67%,which was lower than that of the control group(11.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of MIPPO technique in combination with Zheng's traumatology medicine trauma Xiaozhong tablet and Xuanhu pain tablet in the treatment of patients with fractures of the middle and lower segments of the tibia can achieve exact efficacy,with obvious relief of pain,accelerated functional recovery,good fracture healing and fewer complications.
