摘　　要：目的:探究圆利针“白虎摇头”针刺法配合拔罐对肩胛肌筋膜炎患者疼痛改善的影响。方法:采集2021年10月-2022年10月在援东帝汶期间,将首都帝力国家医疗中心收治的60例肩胛肌筋膜炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用圆利针“白虎摇头”配合拔罐方案进行治疗,观察临床疗效和治疗前后患者疼痛评分(MPQ)。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(76.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组MPQ评分均降低,但观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:圆利针“白虎摇头”针刺配合拔罐法治疗肩胛肌筋膜炎可以明显缓解疼痛,提高肩关节活动度。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture with cupping on the improvement of pain in patients with scapular fasciitis by using the“White Tiger Shaking Head”Yuanli acupuncture method.Methods:Sixty patients with scapular fasciitis admitted to Dili National Medical Center during the period of assistance to East Timor from October 2021 to October 2022 were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases each,using a random number table method.The clinical efficacy and pain scores(MPQ)of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total clinical efficiency of the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(76.7%)after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MPQ scores of both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scapular fasciitis with the combination of acupuncture and cupping using the“White Tiger Shaking Head”method can improve the mobility of the shoulder joint and effective pain relief.
