摘　　要：本文研究了欧盟车辆准入相关标准法规的制修订体系、文件分类、相关组织及其运作规则等,旨在帮助车辆及其部件制造商了解这些标准法规的制修订规则,能够及时获取标准法规草案、执行时间、修订状态等相关信息,为促进国际车辆贸易,助力中国制造“走出去”提供前瞻技术支持。This paper studies the rule-making system of EU’s vehicle standards and regulations,classification of documents,relevant organizations and their operating rules,and aims to help manufacturers of vehicles and components to understand the rule making procedures of these standards and regulations,so as to obtain standards and regulations drafts,implementation information,revision status and other relevant information to provide forward-looking technical support for Chinese manufacturing to“go global”.
