基于润滑油FZG试验的齿轮分析研究

摘　　要：为了验证FZG的两种试验等级的对应关系,分析了两种FZG试验的A型齿轮的齿轮参数,根据FZG各试验等级的工况,通过ISO6336标准中的相关要求,计算分析了齿面的油膜厚度和接触温度,并进行了FZG试验验证,得到了所计算油品A10/16.6R/90的等级较A8.3/90低约4级的换算关系。To verify the corresponding relationship between grades of two types of FZG tests,the paper analyzes gear parameters of the A gear of two types of FZG tests,calculates and analyzes oil flm thickness and contact temperature of the tooth surface according to the working conditions of each test grade of FZG by ISO 6336 standard,verifies FZG test,and obtains conversion relation that grade of A10/16.6R/90 is about 4 grades lower than that of A8.3/90.
