摘 要:动力电池系统作为电动汽车的核心部件,其性能表现将直接影响电动汽车的续驶里程、安全性能与使用寿命。以磷酸铁锂动力电池为研究对象,主要研究温度对动力电池系统性能的影响。试验分析结果表明:在电池管理系统(BMS)控制策略、电池荷电状态(SOC)估算的精确度相同的条件下,环境温度在25~30℃范围时磷酸铁锂动力电池的性能最佳,环境温度高于30℃后性能开始有所下降,环境温度低于10℃时磷酸铁锂动力电池的性能开始明显下降。因此,在制定BMS的控制策略时需充分考虑单体电池的温度特性、使用环境温度、SOC的估算方式和使用工况等因素。在确保电池单体一致性的前提下,制定合理高效的BMS控制策略,不断优化动力电池系统的结构设计、热管理系统设计等才能发挥出动力电池系统的最佳性能和最长使用寿命。As the core component of electric vehicle,the performance of the power battery system directly affects driving range,safety performance and service life of the electric vehicle.With research object of lithium iron phosphate power battery,the paper mainly studies the influence of temperature on performance of power battery system,and carries on experimental analysis and summary.The results show:under condition of same accuracy of BMS control strategy and SOC estimation of residual power,performance of lithium iron phosphate battery is the best when ambient temperature is at range of 25-30 h,and performance declines when the ambient temperature is higher than 30h,and the performance of lithium iron phosphate battery declines significantly when the ambient temperature is lower than 1Oh.Therefore,influence of factors such as temperature characteristics of single battery,operating environment temperature,SOC estimation method of residual power and operating conditions should be fully considered when formulating the control strategy of BMS.On the premise of ensuring the consistency of battery cells,the best performance and longest service life of the power battery system can be brought into play by formulating reasonable and efficient BMS control strategy and optimizing the structural design and thermal management system design of the power battery system.
